Vision Concepts is a software company based in Cyprus. We work remotely for clients across Europe, the United States and the Middle East, from owner-managed mid-sized companies to divisions of larger groups.
Our projects range from a clearly scoped automation module to an operations platform that unifies eleven legacy systems under one interface. What they all share: We first ask which business process should run better, then build the software around it. Not the other way round.
We work AI-assisted across concept, development and operations, which is why we deliver in days what is planned in weeks elsewhere. And because we run what we build, it is made for daily use from day one: documented, monitored, secured.

Instead of replacing the systems, we layered a modular platform over them, with its own area, settings and permissions per module. At the core is an AI layer that reads along the channels and consolidates the KPIs that previously required four tools open side by side.
Automotive retail
Vehicle inventory, sales processing, bookkeeping with payment tracking and auto-generated quote PDFs in one application. Documents are dropped in via drag-and-drop and their type is detected automatically. Including a custom margin engine.
Wholesale
Customers order by barcode scan, image recognition or by uploading a PDF or Excel list. Behind it a pricing engine with approval workflow and margin floor that remembers which price was last granted to which customer. A second module reads orders directly from email attachments.
Recruitment
All leads are imported every two minutes, deduplicated, qualified and filtered by rules. The proposal automation reads uploaded PDFs, checks company details against the real website and records the source of every value it fills in.
Energy · Oil and gas
The government tender platform is scanned automatically, new tenders are prepared and assessed. Alongside it, an AI assistant with speech input and output answers questions about the tender documents.
Real estate
Incoming developer emails are processed automatically: price lists, photos, square metres and location are extracted by AI and written into the existing brokerage CRM. Price changes update existing units instead of creating duplicates. Including automatic exposé generation.
Education · Online academy
An AI bot looks after the course community around the clock: it welcomes new members, answers subject questions based on the course content and points to the right chapter, posts daily prompts and gives feedback on submitted portfolios.
Health · Coaching
Online shop for digital products whose core is a generator that computes an individual report from a few inputs and produces it as a designed PDF. Including checkout, product management and automatic delivery. Running in production.
Agent systems · Cross-industry
Each on its own server, connected to Telegram or WhatsApp, with access separation, auth proxy and onboarding documentation. Including monitoring that restarts stalled agents on its own.
Also: a company CRM in daily use with encrypted per-user mailbox integration, sales automation that creates and prices opportunities in the CRM on its own, a price ticker for collectible cards as a device plus app, a trading dashboard with backtesting, an aggregator for boat and yacht listings with its own scraper, several complete website rebuilds with video heroes and 3D effects, and a video pipeline that produces a finished explainer video with voice-over and subtitles every day without intervention.

Legal tech · iOS and web
Scan, photograph or upload contracts and receive a legal risk analysis. Document analysis via language model, a knowledge base of statutes, standards and court rulings including the CJEU database, quality assurance with deliberately flawed test contracts. Infrastructure entirely in Europe.
Automation · Website production
A team of four specialised AI agents finds local businesses, builds each a finished preview website, checks it against quality gates and fixes issues on its own. Delivered by email, purchased via form without a meeting. Plus open and visit tracking with bot filtering.

A conversation about the business process, not about technology. The result is a numbered requirements list that acceptance is later measured against.

You see a clickable version early, not just at the end. We deliver in short intervals and put every interim version online so you can check it in the browser instead of in a status report.

Every change goes through a review before it goes live and is checked against the requirements list. We test the application as a user, not just the code.

Servers, deployment, monitoring and backups are part of the package. On request we run the system for you, or you receive everything fully documented.

No. We work in the EU time zone plus one hour, speak business-fluent English and German, and invoice through an EU company with a VAT ID. For on-site meetings we travel.
